Our raw honey is harvested in Summer, has a full aroma and sweet luxurious taste. Raw Honey can be used in many ways – a few of which we would recommend are adding it to tea, porridge, baking or just by the spoon. Colour and texture may differ depending on where the bees forage and the time of year.
